摘要 研究采用溶胶—凝胶法制备TiO2薄膜。通过对TiO2薄膜掺杂稀土元素La和Ce,考察了该薄膜在太阳光光照下对甲基橙溶液的降解率。研究结果表明,稀土元素掺杂在一定程度上阻抑了TiO2的结晶程度,使晶粒变细,促进了其光催化性能的提高。而在所采用的两种稀土元素中,掺镧的效果好于掺铈。该研究结果为该技术的实用化研究提供可靠的依据。 In this study the effect of doping La or Ce on the photo-catalytic degradation of methyl orange in sunlight with nanometer TiO_2 film prepared by sol-gel process has been investigated. The results obtained indicate that the doping of La or Ce into the TiO_2 film has depressed the crystallization of TiO_2 to some extent and made the TiO_2 crystalline finer. As a result,the photo-catalytic power of the TiO_2 has been promoted. Of the two rare earth elements doped, the effect of La is better than that of Ce. The results of this investigation have provided a reliable basis for the practical application of this technology.
