阿魏酸钠对实验性兔肺气肿形成的抑制作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究阿魏酸钠对实验性兔肺气肿形成的抑制作用。方法27 只健康雄性新西兰白兔随机均分为模型组(A组),阿魏酸钠干预组(B组)和对照组(C组)。A、B两组气管内一次性注入胰弹性蛋白酶,1周后B组腹腔注入阿魏酸钠干预,C组予生理盐水作为对照,于第14、28、42 天观察血气变化、光镜和电镜形态学改变及图文半定量分析。结果B组血气分析和半定量分析结果较A组明显改善(P<0 05),光镜、电镜形态学观察与对照组相近(P>0 05)。结论在胰蛋白酶所致实验性兔肺气肿病变的早期,阿魏酸钠可以阻抑肺气肿形成。 Objective To study the effect of sodium ferulate on the development in a rabbit model of elastase-induced emphysema.Methods 27 male New Zealand white rabbits were used and divided into 3 groups randomly. Pancreatic elastase was injected into the trachea in group A and group B only once and saline was injected into group C in stead of elastase as control. On the 8~th day,sodium ferulate was intraperitoneally injected in group B.The changes of blood gas, the pathologic changes under light microscope and transmission electron microscope and the pathological analysis semi-quantitively were performed.Results The changes of blood gas and the pathological analysis semi-quantitively in group B were markedly improved compared with those in group A.The pathologic changes under light microscope and transmission electron microscope of group B were similar to those of group C.Conclusion At the early stage of a rabbit model of elastase-induced emphysema, sodium ferulate can prevent the development of emphysema.
