摘要
在施氮量225kg·hm-2的条件下,以杂交籼稻两优培九为试验材料,研究前中期不同氮肥施用比例对其产量及品质的影响。结果表明:①依产量从大到小排序,前中期氮肥施用比例依次为6:4、5:5、7:3、4:6、3:7,以前期施氮量占总施氮量为58.99%时产量最高;②前中期氮肥施用比例为3:7~7:3,两优培九稻米加工、营养等品质下降,外观品质有先降后升的趋势,而淀粉黏性逐渐提高,食味改善;前中期氮肥施用比例为5:5-6:4,能较好地协调产量、品质等诸多性状的良好表达。
The study took hybrid varieties Liangyoupeijiu as test materials under the condition of the total applied nitrogen amount of 225 kg·hm-2in the all growth stage. The effects of different application proportion at earlier and middle stages on rice yield and quality were studied. The results obtained were as follows: ① The rice yield ranked from high to low in different proportion of nitrogen treatment as follows 6:4,5:5,7:3,4:6 and 3 : 7. When the ratio of nitrogen applied at early stage to the total nitrogen was 58. 99%, yield was the highest;② With the increasing of N-ap-plication rate at earlier stages, that was the different application proportion at earlier and middle stages from 3 : 7 to 7 : 3, milling quality and nutrition quality were decreased, facial features descended at first, then increased,but viscosity of amylum was improved and good taste quality was found. Thus, when the proportion of N-application was from 5 : 5 to 6 : 4, it was of benefit to increase the yield and quality.
