摘要
由于神经细胞极为有限的再生能力,因此神经移植治疗被认为是治疗神经损伤和神经变性疾病的理想方法。随着体细胞克隆技术和干细胞技术的突破性发展,提出了治疗性克隆。利用这种方法可以得到具有自身遗传信息的神经干细胞或神经细胞,从而避免了细胞移植的免疫排斥反应等诸多问题,将成为神经移植治疗富有前景的种子细胞。
The neural transplantation is regarded as an ideal technology in treating the neural injuries and neurodegenerative diseases because of the neuron's limited regenerative ability. With the breakthrough of the cloning and stem cells technologies, the therapeutic cloning is suggested in the neural transplantation. The neural stem cell or neural cell derived from the therapeutic cloning will be one of the most promising seed cells in the neural transplantation, for many side-effects such as immunologic rejection can be avoided.
