小鼠SLC基因真核表达载体的构建及表达 被引量:1

摘要 次级淋巴组织趋化因子(secondary lymphoid tissue chemokine,SLC)是重要的CC趋化因子,对多种免疫细胞特别是T淋巴细胞、树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DC)及NK细胞具有趋化作用.研究证实,SLC通过募集T淋巴细胞、DC和NK等免疫效应细胞到肿瘤组织、促进细胞因子的释放以增强肿瘤局部非特异性免疫以及抑制肿瘤血管生成等作用,达到其显著的抗肿瘤效果,是目前肿瘤免疫治疗的理想效应分子.为了进一步探索SLC在肿瘤基因治疗中的应用,我们构建了小鼠SLC基因的真核表达载体pVAX1-mSLC,为今后开展体内基因治疗肿瘤奠定基础.
