摘要
上海国际赛车场空中新闻中心、空中餐厅采用了大跨度巨型桁架结构体系,弦杆为焊接矩形钢管,腹杆为圆管、矩形管,采用了内加劲外相贯焊接的节点型式.巨型桁架通过四个支点与下部混凝土结构相连.该结构具有荷载大、跨度大等特点,为确保传力的可靠和节点承载能力,进行了节点、转换桁架的有限元分析和试验研究.经过对比分析,两者结果一致,两种研究方法为工程设计提供了重要基础,也为加劲节点的应用提供了可靠依据.
Megatrusses, which are welded RHS-CHS trusses and supported on the RC structures through four bearings, are adopted in the News Center and the Restaurant of Shanghai International Circuit. Their joints are stiffened by rib stiffeners. Because of huge loads and huge span, FEA and experiment methods are applied in the study of the stiffened joints and transfer trusses. The numberical results are consistent with experimental results and both of them provide reference of the application of stiffened RHS joints.
