摘要
以腈纶纤维为起始原料 ,经乙二胺预交联后 ,以 DMF作溶剂与硫化钠反应 ,合成了一种硫代酰胺功能基可达 5 .6 mm ol/ g干纤维的含硫螯合功能纤维 ,利用红外光谱、硫含量测定等手段对这种功能纤维的结构进行了初步确定并探讨了溶剂、摩尔比以及时间、p H等对反应产物的影响 .
A new chelating fiber containing thioamide group was synthesized by reacting of polyacrylonitrile(PAN) fiber with ethylenediamine and sodium sulfide, respectively. The effect of solvent,molar ratio,reaction time and pH value was discussed. The structure of the chelating fiber was characterized by infrared spectra and determination of S content.
