摘要
建立了一种基于径向基函数配置理论的滑动轴承压力分布求解数学模型。这是一种无网格方法,采用全局逼近模式求解,建模简单,可以方便地向三维空间推广。以圆柱轴承为例,计算了轴承内油膜压力分布,比较了新模型与有限元模型的计算结果,指出新模型可以用较少的样本点获得同样高的精度。分析了形状参数对计算结果精度和可靠性的影响,指出形状参数存在最佳值,提出了基于联想点误差最小原则选择最佳形状参数的方法。
Collocation model based on radial basis function theory to calculate oil pressure distribution of journal bearing is set up. It is a mesh free model and is a global interpolation method. The model is simple and is easy to be generalized to three-dimensional space. We use a cylinder journal bearing as example to compare results between the new model and the finite element method. The new model achieves the same high accuracy with less point. The influence of shape parameter on the accuracy and reliability of the new model is analyzed. There is an optimal shape parameter in the model. A method to choose the optimal shape parameter value is set up based on the error minimum principle in generalization points.
