摘要
建立了双三角槽式配流盘过渡区的压力分布模型, 给出了过渡区内回冲流量的理论计算公式, 并以力士乐A4VG125型轴向柱塞泵为对象进行了实例计算, 讨论了三角槽的结构对压力分布及回冲流量的影响, 对球面配流副的结构设计具有参考价值。
The pressure distribution model of transitional area of valve-plate with double triangle groove was build up,and the principle formula of the internal leakage flow rate was presented.The model and the formula were used in the analysis of A4VG125 pump made by Rexroth.The influence of triangle groove to pressure distribution and internal leakage flow rate was discussed,it provides a reference to improve the design of spherical valve-plate pair.
