摘要
为加强车辆管理设计了汽车电子牌照管理系统。本系统以安装Windows2000AdvancedServer的计算机为服务器; 以安装了Windows2000Professional的计算机为客户端; 以MicrosoftSQLServer2000企业版作为开发数据库平台; 以Delphi6作为前端开发工具, 构建了网络开发环境, 完成了汽车电子牌照管理系统的不停车收费、停车场管理、在逃车辆追踪、交通流监控、报表打印等基本功能。本系统实现了汽车牌照的有机管理, 提高了交通运输效率和管理水平。
To strengthen the vehicle management,the vehicle electronic license-plate management system was designed.The developing environment is based on the Windows 2000 Advanced Server for server,the Windows 2000 Professional for client terminal,the Microsoft SQL Server 2000 for database flat and the Delphi 6 for developing tool.The design can accomplish the basic functions,such as toll collection system without vehicle’s stopping,parking management,tracing escaping automobile, monitoring and controlling the traffic flow,printing the report forms,etc,and can realize the effective management of vehicle license-plate,also increase the efficiency of transportation and the level of management.
