A fluorescene method is used to study the fluorescenece quenching of BSA by its interaction with Diethyl flavone-5-7-yl phosphateon. The interaction association constants of BSA and Diethyl flavone-5-7-yl phosphateon are determined by a double reciprocal lineweaver-Burk plot. The experiment demonstrated that the higher the temperature was, the lower the slops of quenching curves of BSA was in presence of different amounts of Diethyl flavone-5-7-yl phosphateon. It is confirmed that the combination for Diethyl flavone-5-7-yl phosphateon with BSA is a single static quenching process. According to the Fster dipole-dipole energy transfer, the distance has been measured between the Diethyl flavone-5-7-yl phosphateon and tryptophane. From thermodynamical coordination it can be judged that the binding power between Diethyl flavone-5-7-yl phosphateon and BSA is static electric power.
