摘要
用线性扫描伏安法研究了雷酚内酯在不同缓冲体系及氧化剂作用下的极谱行为。实验表明 ,在含有 0 .1mol/LKCl、pH 4.3的HAc NaAc缓冲溶液、6.0× 1 0 - 3mol/LH2 O2 的体系中 ,雷酚内酯产生催化波 ,其一阶导数波的峰电位为- 1 .0 3V (vs.SCE) ,峰电流与其浓度在 3.2× 1 0 - 8~ 3.2× 1 0 - 7mol/L的范围内有良好的线性关系 (n =6,r=0 .9989)。
The polarographic behaviors of triptophenolide at different buffer systems and oxidants were studied by linear sweep polarography. The results show, the peak potential of the polarographic catalytic wave for triptophenolide is -1.03 V (vs. SCE) in 0.1 mol/L KCl, 6.0×10^(-3) mol/L H_2O_2, pH 4.3 HAc-NaAc buffer solution and its peak current is proportional to the concentration of triptophenolide over the range from 3.2×10^(-8) to 3.2×10^(-7) mol/L (r=0.9989). The mechanism of electrode reaction of polarographic catalytic wave is discussed.
