摘要
选用柱容量较高、亲水性较强的阴离子分析柱IonPacAS1 8,以 30mmol/LKOH为淋洗液 ,等度淋洗分析了高浓度柠檬酸中的痕量无机阴离子。选用柱容量较高的阳离子分析柱IonPacCS1 2A ,以H2 SO4作淋洗液分析了柠檬酸试剂中的痕量阳离子。在所选色谱条件下 ,无需样品前处理 ,直接进样 ,电导检测 ,高浓度柠檬酸不影响痕量阴离子或阳离子的测定。方法具有良好的线性 (r=0 .9941~ 1 .0 0 0 ) ,样品中所测离子峰面积的相对标准偏差 (RSD)均在 9.0 %以下 (n =7) ,回收率在 82 .7%~ 1 1 0 %之间 ,检出限低于 3.7μg/L。
A method for the determination of trace anions and cations in the citric acid was developed by ion chromatography (IC) with conductivity detector. The separation of the cations was achieved on CS12A column with H_2SO_4 as eluent. The separation of the anions and organic acids was achieved on IonPac AS18 column with KOH as isocratic eluent, and the detection was performed by a conductivity detector. The recoveries of added standard were 82.7%~110%. RSDs of the peak area of analytes were lower than 9.0%. Detection limits for analytes were lower than 3.7 μg/L.
