虚拟技术在三层PE生产过程监控系统中的应用

摘要 虚拟现实技术应用到自动控制系统中既可以虚拟真实环境,使人产生身临其境的感觉,增强监控系统的功能,为自动控制的操作提供了便利;又可以减少成本,实现经济效益的优化。在长庆石油勘探局靖边防腐三层PE生产过程监控系统中采用了虚拟现实技术,验证了虚拟现实技术的上述优点。该文在对三层PE防腐钢管的生产工艺特点及现场设备和数据条件进行分析的基础上,重点介绍了基于组态软件Kingview6.01的三层PE生产线包覆段虚拟建模过程以及钢管全线运行虚拟现实过程。 The application of virtual reality in the automation can simulate the true environment , can make the man feel in the reality and make the function of monitoring system better,and can also optimize economical benefit.All above can be tested in the monitoring system of 3-layer PE coated anticorrosive steel pipe process by the application of virtual reality. Based on the technological process of 3-layer PE coated pipe and the equipments and their data in working field,this article imphatically introduces how to create the virtual model of coated segment of 3-layer PE coated pipe process and how to realize that the steel tube can move in the virtual linear like reality by applying the configturation software Kingview6.01.
