摘要
由核盘菌(SclerotiniasclerotiorumLibdeBary)引起的向日葵菌核病是世界性的病害,在病害的防治上目前还没有找到行之有效的措施.筛选向日葵的抗病和耐病基因是亟待解决的问题,为了协助这项工作的开展.我们对向日葵菌核病菌用四种接种材料两种接种方法进行试验,结果表明.以立枯型菌丝茎杆制成的菌丝签接种效果最佳,子囊孢子接种效果最差.
The sclerutinia sclerotiorum of sunflower which caused by sclerctinia sclerotiorumocurred all over the world,At present.there are no effeCtive measures to prevent this dis ease.The selection of diseaseresistant gene in sunflower is urged. The experiments of s.sclerotiorum being imoculated were conducted with four kinds of materials and two metnods.Result of the inoculation was satisfactory by using hypha lots which were taken from thestem carrying erect withered hypha. The inoculation with ascus spore achieved worse result.
