摘要
当前世界经济发达国家普遍非常重视教师的在职培训,这是当今教育改革和发展的客观要求,也是促进教师职业发展的必然趋势。本文通过对国外在职教师培训发展趋势的学习和研究,力图达到“洋为中用”的目的。
Importance is attached to in—service teacher training in many developed countries in the world,as is the requirement of today’s educational reform and development as well as a necessary orientation of the professional development of teachers.This paper, by a study of the trend of in—service teacher training in other countries, attempts to use the foreign experience as beneficial reference to China’s practice in this regard.
