摘要
目的:建立可靠的缺碘性甲状腺肿动物模型。方法:给予4周龄Wistar大鼠低碘饲料和去离子水喂养3个月,全面观察甲状腺各项相关指标的变化。结果:尿碘中位数、甲状腺组织碘和激素含量及血清总甲状腺素水平显著降低,甲状腺相对重量、吸碘率、蛋白水解酶活性和血清甲状腺刺激激素水平显著增加。甲状腺在光镜下呈增生性甲状腺肿的表现。结论:成功建立了缺碘性甲状腺肿动物模型。
Objective: To establish a reliable iodine-deficient animal model. Methods:We fed 4 week-old Wistar rats with iodine-deficient forage and deionized water for 3 months and studied the relative indexes of thyroid.Results:Median of urine iodine, contents of iodine,thyroid hormone in thyroid,and level of serum total thyroxine significantly decreased. Relative weight of thyroid, thyroid iodine uptake rate, and activity of thyroid proteolytic enzyme,and level of serum thyroid-stimulating hormone significantly increased. In addition, hyperplastic goiter was observed with light microscope. Conclusion:The reliable iodine-deficient animal model has been established.
