摘要
目的: 探讨纤维连接蛋白(FN)mRNA表达水平的变化与骨关节炎的关系。方法:采用石膏管型固定右膝关节,人工制作骨关节炎动物模型作为实验组,另设对照组,采用定量聚合酶链式反应方法检测FNmRNA表达水平的变化。结果:Wistar鼠正常膝关节的软骨组织与人工制造膝关节骨关节炎的软骨组织中均存在FNmRNA表达,但其表达水平在骨关节炎的软骨组织中显著低于正常膝关节的软骨组织(P<0.01)。结论:软骨组织中FAmRNA表达水平降低可能是骨关节炎发生和难以愈合的原因之一。
Objective: To study the relationship between the expression of fibronectin mRNA and osteoarthritis. Methods: Wistar rats in experimental group received joint immobilization .The right knee joints were fixed to make model of osteoarthritis. The expression of fibronectin mRNA was determined by using quantitive polymerase chain reaction. The result was compared with that of control group. Rusults: The expression of fibronectin mRNA was found in both 2 groups.However,the expression in cartilage tissue of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group (P< 0.01). Conclusion: The expression of fibronectin mRNA decreased in cartilage tissue of osteoarthritis.
