摘要
目的:探讨情绪指导对急性智齿冠周炎治疗的辅助疗效。方法:12 8例围考期急性智齿冠周炎患者,随机分为两组,每组64例,实验组应用情绪指导和冠周炎传统治疗方法联合治疗,对照组应用冠周炎传统治疗方法治疗,随访进行疗效观察。结果:实验组有效率92 .2 % ,复发率2 1.8% ,与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 )。结论:情绪指导有利于急性冠周炎的治疗和康复。
Objective:To study the effects of mentality teaching on pericoronitis treatment . Methed:128 cases of pericoronitis around examination were random divided into two groups.The contral group(64 cases) was treated with traditional method , while the experimental group(64 cases) was treated with mentality-teaching in addition to traditional method.Result:The success rate of the experimental group was 92.2% and reoccurence rate was 21.8%, which have significant difference comparing with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mentality-teaching is good to pericoronitis and reduce the reoccurence rate.
