摘要
对纳米Fe3O4的制备工艺进行了研究,掌握了制备过程中反应时间、反应物浓度配比、反应温度、沉淀剂浓度等工艺条件对反应产率的影响,用红外光谱、X射线衍射法对其进行表征,研究了制备过程中反应条件对反应产率的影响,得出制备过程的适宜温度为35 ℃,适宜沉淀剂浓度为0.01 mol·L-1。
The preparation of nano-Fe_(3)O_(4) powder has been studied. The effect of the reaction (condition) such as the reaction time, the concentration of the reactants, the reaction temperature and the (concentration) of the precipitant on the yield has been obtained. The product was characterized by (infrared) spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results are as follows: the optimum temperature is (35 ℃) and the optimum concentration of the precipitant is 0.01 mol·L^(-1).
