摘要
研究了一种适用于铸造的粘结剂—磷酸盐无机树脂。通过对传统的磷酸盐进行改性,解决了磷酸盐抗吸湿性差及存放稳定性差的问题,并保持了其良好的溃散性及无害性,属绿色环保型铸造材料。
A new modified phosphate inorganic resin binder, which can be applied in foundry industry and make no harm to environment, is studied in this paper. After being modified, the binder has excellent humidity resistance and is very steady when it is stored over a year. The sand molds or cores bonded by the binder have good collapsibility after casting.
