摘要
目的 研究电针刺激对更年期雌性大鼠垂体功能的影响及机制。方法 应用放射免疫分析(Radioim munoassay ,RIA)测实验各组大鼠血中雌二醇(estradiol,E2 ) ,卵泡刺激素(folliclestimulatinghormone,FSH)和黄体生成素(luteinizinghormone ,LH)以及逆转录聚合酶链反应(reversetranscriptasepolymerasechainreaction ,RT PCR)测实验各组大鼠ERαmRNA表达产物。结果 电针处理后,大鼠血中E2 增加,FSH和LH降低,垂体ERαmRNA表达增加。结论 电针改善更年期雌性大鼠垂体功能可能是通过调节垂体雌激素受体实现的。
Objective To study effects of eletroacupuncture on the function of the pituitary in climacteric female rats.Methods Spurred “ZUSANLI” in climacteric rats by electroacupuncture.Radio-immunoassay analysis and RT-PCR were used.Results In climacteric rats treated with electroacupuncture,estradiol(E_2) increased;FSH and LH decreased,and expression of ERα mRNA in pituitary increased.Conclusion The effects of eletroacupuncture improves the function of pituitary of climacteric rats,which may be related to eletroacupuncture's regulation of the expression of ERα mRNA in pituitary.
