臭氧化法制备十三烷二酸的研究

摘要 以菜油混合脂肪酸为原料,醋酸水溶液为溶剂,使用臭氧作氧化剂制备十三烷二酸。考察了溶剂、催化剂用量、反应时间、重结晶溶剂量对反应的影响。结果表明:当混合溶剂中水的质量分数为15%,催化剂质量分数为0.16%,氧化反应时间为4h,重结晶溶剂量为氧化分解产物量5倍时,十三烷二酸收率为50.2%。 The preparation of brassylic acid from ozonolysis of rapeseed fatty acids was studied with the major factors of the reaction such as the solvent,the amount of catalyst ,the oxidation time and the recrystallization solvent .The result showed that the yield of brassylic acid was 50.2% when the amount of water of the solvent is 15%,the amount of catalyst is 0.16%,the oxidation time is 4h and the recrystallization solvent is 5 times of the oxidation product.
