摘要
本文报道了野蚕辐射不育效应的研究。用60Coγ-射线处理野蚕蛹,成虫的羽化率随剂量的增加而减少,其关系式为y=8726688e-00844x,畸形率随剂量的增加而增加,其关系式为y=116921e07809x,剂量在45kard以内对雄成虫寿命无明显影响;在45kard以内对成虫产卵量无明显影响,卵的不育率随剂量的增加而增加,其关系式为y=930068e-10583x。根据F1代辐射遗传不育效应的研究认为,野蚕的亚不育剂量为25krad,在亚不育剂量下,不同日龄蛹之间的辐射不育效应均无明显差异。
