摘要
用双生苗品系APⅢ和APⅣ衍生的单生苗(APⅢ①、APⅣ①)和双生苗(APⅢ②、APⅣ②)植株与常规品系皖9024和02428组配成12个正反交组合,用不同AP编号互配成6个杂交组合,对18个组合的亲本及F_1、F_2和从其中的14个杂交组合F_2双生苗植株衍生的F_3株系的双生苗发生进行了观察。结果表明,APⅢ和APⅣ的双生苗特性是一种可遗传的隐性性状,但其遗传表达较为复杂,表现为从双生苗亲本中可衍生出单生苗和双生苗,而衍生的单生苗也可产生两种类型;从AP编号与常规品系杂交的F_2中重组获得的双生苗,在F_3表达程度随组合、株系而异,从不表达至高于双生苗亲本。对双生苗特性遗传复杂的原因进行了初步分析。
The twin secdlings were observed in F1,F2 and some F3 plant Iines derived from F2 tWln plants in 18 crosses together with their parents. Among theem12 were reciprocal crosses between difrerent twin seedinlg selections(APⅢ①and APⅣ①from single seeding progeny of twhsecdling Iines APⅢ and APⅣ,APⅢ②and APⅣ②from twin seedling progeny of APⅢand APⅣ)and conventional lines(Wan9024 and 0428),and 6 were crosses between different twin seedling selections.It was found that twin seedling is recessively heritable but its genetic expression is not simple,The derivatives from twin seedling lines may be twin or single scedlings and the later also can produee two types of seedlings.The twin seedlings,recombinants in F2 from the crosses between twin seedling selections and conventional Iines,also can produce both shgle and twin seedlings in F3 plant lines.The percentage of twin seedlings in F3 differred with crosses and plant lines.The reason for the complication of genetics of twin seedlings is discussed.
