一种新型长效纳米环氧涂料的电位-电容行为研究

摘要 采用电位电容法及Mott-Schottky分析法研究了一种新型长效纳米环氧涂料在5%Na2SO4溶液浸泡过程中的导电行为转变。研究表明,该种新型长效纳米涂料具有非常好的防护阻隔效果。随着浸泡时间的延长,该涂料在失效过程中也存在半导体导电特征。 The conductivity of a kind of nano epoxy coating on 304 stainless steel in 5% Na_2SO_4 solution was studied by means of potential-capacitance method and Mott-Schottky analysis. It is shown that the protection and impedance property of the nano epoxy coating is excellent. With increasing immersion time, there existed semi-conducting behavior of the nano epoxy coating during its degradation.
