摘要
利用芦荟的营养,利用玫瑰花的天然食用红色素与自然香味研究复合饮料是一种新的尝试。论述了以新鲜玫瑰萃取物为饮料色香配料,以芦荟颗粒为叶肉粒,研制出玫瑰芦荟复合花卉粒悬浮饮料。结果表明:在色泽、营养、保健、风味等方面均达到了良好效果,尤其是采用C-型果粒悬浮剂其稳定效果最佳。
Utilizing the nourishment of aloethe natural red pigment and fragrance of rose to develop composite beverage is a very new attempt. This passage describes a method to use fresh rose for color and scent and with aloe granule inside to create a beverage so called composite rose-aloe suspended beverage. The result showed : this beverage marches great effect on color, nourishment, health protection and taste. Especially using the stickeners of-C is the best of all.
