30例放射性粒子种植治疗前列腺癌患者的护理 被引量：28

Nursing of 30 patients with prostatic neoplasms by radioactive seed implants

摘要 放射性粒子种植治疗前列腺癌是一种新的治疗方法。报告了 30 例前列腺癌患者植入放射性粒子125 I和103 Pd的护理。术前护理重点为进行健康教育,讲解有关放射性防护的知识,做好肠道准备;术后注意预防并发症,观察植入粒子有无脱落,做好放射性防护管理、尿管护理和饮食护理。本组术中种植成功率100%,术后1例经尿道、1例经直肠各发生1粒粒子丢失,均被及时发现得到正确处理。本组前列腺肿瘤特异性抗原(PSA)由术前 47. 96±20. 50ng/ml 下降至术后 11. 50±10.04ng/ml。
