摘要
D 氨基酸作为医药、农药和食品等的重要组成部分,近年来随着科学研究的不断深入得到了广泛的关注。着重介绍了经构型转换与拆分技术制备D 氨基酸的工艺方法,尤其是通过不对称转换法及化学拆分法制备D 氨基酸,并具体例举了D 脯氨酸、D 苯甘氨酸、D 缬氨酸、D 对羟基苯甘氨酸的制备过程。
With scientific research constantly deepening,more and more attentions have been paid to the D-amino acids,which have been known as important component of medication、pesticide、foodstuff and so on. Methods of configuration's transformation and resolution in producing D-amino acids were reported. Especially D-amino acids produced by asymmetric transformation and chemical resolution, and preparation processes of D-proline、D-phenylglycine、D-valine and D-p-hydroxyphenylglycine were taken for example.
