摘要
目的:比较三种黏结系统(Tyrian/One-StepPlus;Prime&BondNT;GICTYPEII)在体外环境下的黏结强度。方法: 18个新鲜拔除的第三磨牙,用低速金刚砂切片机去除咬合面釉质层和根分叉以下牙体,暴露牙本质层。600目湿砂纸打磨后随机选择三种材料按厂家说明在牙本质表面进行黏结处理,并修复方形树脂“冠”,将样本保存于室温( 25℃)蒸馏水中24h后,用金刚砂切片机垂直于黏结界面,将牙齿制成约0. 9mm厚的牙片,每片再切成约0. 9mm宽的柱状小条,将小条放置于微拉伸测试仪上,进行黏结强度测试并进行统计学分析。结果:三种黏结系统的微拉伸黏结强度平均值间有显著差异(P=0. 000 ),三种材料的微拉伸黏结强度依次为(28. 45±10. 79)MPa、(14. 75±7. 41)MPa、(2. 63±1. 72)MPa。结论:Tyrian/One-StepPlus黏结系统的黏结性能最好。
AIM:To evaluate the bond strength of three adhesive systems(Tyrian/One-Step Plus;Prime & Bond NT;GIC TYPE II)to dentine.METHODS:Eighteen human third molars with occlusal enamel removed in order to expose a flat dentinal surface.After polishing by 600-grit wet sand paper on it,the adhesive procedures were carried out.The teeth were divided at random into three groups of 6 specimens,according to the employed adhesive system and composite resin.After imersed in distilled water at 25℃ for 24 h,the teeth were sectioned longitudinally in two perpendicular directions in order to obtain parallelogram-shaped specimens with a cross-sectional area of 0.8 mm2 on the average.The test specimens were submitted to MTT.Then the result were compared. RESULTS:Statistical analysis revealed a significant difference (P=0.000) among mean microtensile bond strength of three systems.The Tyrian/One-Step Plus produced significantly higher bond strength (28.45±10.79) MPa than all other systems evaluated.CONCLUSION:It can be concluded that the bond strength of Tyrian/One-Step Plus has a comparable high value under microtensile test.
