摘要
目的 探讨临床分离菌株对盐酸小檗碱、鱼腥草和大蒜素体外抗菌活性。方法 菌种鉴定用常规方法或用API试条和Vitek自动细菌分析仪;药敏试验用琼脂平板稀释法(MIC)。结果与结论 盐酸小檗碱、鱼腥草素钠对革兰阳性球菌有一定抗菌活性,对革兰阴性杆菌的抗菌活性较差;大蒜素对临床常见致病菌的抑菌作用不强。盐酸小檗碱、鱼腥草素钠对耐甲氧西林的金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌和万古霉素中介的肠球菌也有抗菌活性。
Objective To research in vitro antimicrobial activity of berberine hydrogchloride,sodium houttuyfonate and allicin on the clinical isolated becteria strains.Methods Bacteria species were identified by gerneral method or analytical profile index testing strip and Vitek automatic analysator. Susceptibility test was accomplished by agar plate dilution method. Results and Conclusion Berberine hydrogchloride and sodium houttuyfonate have some in vitro antimicrobial activity to gram positive coccus,but less in vitro antimicrobial activity to gram-negative rod. Allicin have weak in vitro antimicrobial activity on the clinical common pathogenic bacteri.In the meantime, berberine hydrogchloride and Sodium houttuyfonate have in vitro antimicrobial activity to MRSA, Staphylococcus epidermidis and enterococci which are middle- sensitive on the vancomycin。
