DH群体内株系对籼、粳亚种的亲和性 被引量:1

Compatibility of DH (Doubled Haploid) Lines from Indica/Japonica Hybrid to Indica and Japonica

摘要 以窄叶青8号(ZYQ8) 京系17(JX17)的13个花培DH株系和培矮6 4 / 0 2 4 2 8的11个花培DH株系为材料,分析了它们的籼粳分化及其对籼、粳亚种杂交的亲和性。结果表明,无论亲本是否具有广亲和性亲缘,两个DH群体均出现广亲和性良好的株系,且多数株系属籼粳中间类型。这说明虽然广亲和性是遗传的,但是籼粳基因的重组确实可以产生广亲和性,而且籼粳中间型可能是广亲和性表达的最适遗传背景。对农艺性状的分析认为,DH株系的广亲和性与株系本身的自交结实率和脱粒性没有联系。通过窄叶青8号 京系17DH株系对细胞质雄性不育恢复性的分析表明,雄性不育可恢复性与广亲和性是相互独立的。 The total 24 accessions selected randomly from two DH (doubled haploid) populations, which were derived from inter-subspecific crosses Zhaiyeqing 8 / Jingxi 17 and Pei'ai 64 / 02428 respectively, were crossed with four wide compatibility tester varieties in order to investigate their wide compatibility. According to Virmani S S(1992), a DH line tested will be designated as wide compatible (WC) line, if the spikelet fertility of its tested hybrid F 1 is significantly higher than that of the indica/japonica F 1 but similar to indica and japonica tester parents. A t test was used to compare the significance of differences in mean spikelet fertilities of the four testcrosses for each DH lines and the control crosses and the parents. The results (Table 2) indicated that DH lines with wide compatibility appeared in the two DH populations, no matter whether their parents had wide compatibility or not. This suggested that the recombination between indica and japonica genes could lead to wide compatibility. Interestingly, the wide compatibility of DH line had no correlation with self-pollination seed-setting percentage and seed threshing (Table 3). Moreover, most of the DH lines with wide compatibility belonged to an intermediate type between indica and japonica identified by means of Cheng's morphological traits index method (1987). In addition, the restoring fertility ability to cytoplasmic male sterile was independent of wide compatibility in the DH lines.
