摘要
介绍了实验室用金属磷化物制备四羟甲基氯化(THPC)的方法并通过正交实验研究了原料配比、温度及催化剂对产率的影响。结果发现:n(甲醛)∶n(盐酸) ∶n(金属磷化物)=4∶1∶1,以2%的乙醚做催化剂,在70℃下反应产率最高。
The effects of the ratio of raw materials, temperature and catalyst on the preparation of THPC in laboratory were discussed in this article. The experiment results showed that when the reaction was operated at 70 ℃ with the 4∶1∶1 mol ratio of formaldehyde, hydrochloric acid and metal phosphide and 2% aether as catalyst the yield of THPC was maximal.
