摘要
双氧水氧化淀粉可得到高纯度产品,过量的双氧水最终分解为水,不会影响产品的纯度,更不会影响环境,是一个较为理想的绿色工艺。通过正交实验在不同条件下研究双氧水对淀粉氧化程度的影响,发现pH值是控制氧化程度的决定因素,并且可知氧化淀粉羧基含量较多的最佳工艺条件为:pH=9.0,双氧水用量8%,反应温度50 ℃,反应时间3 h,催化剂用量0 1%;氧化淀粉羰基含量较多的最佳工艺条件为:pH=3.0,双氧水用量8%,反应温度50 ℃,反应时间3 h,催化剂用量0.1%。
With H_2O_2 as oxidizer,pure oxidized starch can be obtained.Since the excessive H_2O_2 decompose to water and has no impact on the puriey of product and environment,the process is perfect and eco-friendly.The oxidized degree of starch under different conditions was studied by orthogonal experiments. The result shows that the key of oxidized degree of starch is pH,and the optimum conditions ofmaximal carboxyl content is: pH=9.0,8% H_(2)O_(2),the temperature of 50 ℃,the time of 3 h and 0.1% catalyzer; the optimum conditions of maximal carbonyl content is: pH=3.0, 8% H_2O_2, the temperature of 50 ℃,the time of 3 h,and 0.1% catalyzer.
