摘要
女硕士研究生是一个备受关注的特殊群体,她们拥有较高学历,自我期望又较高,使得其人际交往呈现出了许多新的特征:人际交往圈的规模较大;结识朋友倾向于传统和务实的方式;倾诉苦恼或商量重大事情的首选对象是男友或配偶;对人际交往方面的一些流行观点的看法更多地倾向于情感型,较少倾向于功利型;值得注意的是她们在遇到烦心事或需要做出重大决定时与自己的导师交流得比较少。
As a special group with great public attention, female graduates display new characteristics in their size of interpersonal relationship circle, channels of making new friends, discussing important topics as well as popular views on interpersonal relationship. Their standpoint of interpersonal relationship is more emotional than material. More attention should be paid to the fact that when meeting with disturbances or making important decisions they seldom communicate with their supervisors.
