摘要
目的探讨体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)联合输尿管插管治疗输尿管“N”型扭曲并结石的临床疗效。方法采用ESWL联合输尿管插管治疗48例输尿管“N”型扭曲并结石患者。结果48例患者,碎石后1周内结石排净率83%(40/48);1月内排净率100%。结论ESWL联合输尿管插管技术治疗输尿管“N”型扭曲并结石具有疗效高、损伤小等优点。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of ESWL unite puting catheter reversely into ureter to cure ureter distort of 'N' and calculi. Methods ESWL unite puting catheter reversely into ureter was used to cure 48 cases of ureter distort of 'N' and calculi. Results In 48 cases of patiens,the broken stones were discharged entirly in 83% cases(40/48) within one week, the broken stones were discharged entirly in 100% cases(48/48) within one month.Conclusion ESWL unite puting catheter reversely into ureter to cure ureter distort of 'N' and calculi is an effective method in the treatment of ureteral stone.
