摘要
全磁精矿低温烧结可以获得高产、优质、低耗的技术经济指标;低碳厚料层操作是实现低温烧结的必要手段;烧结矿中FeO含量对其还原性的不利影响较小,可得到最佳烧结工艺。
By using low-temperature sintering process to treat 100 %magnetite concentrates,the satisfactory technical-economical index can be obtained,and the optimum process parameters were derived.Lower carbon content and deeper bed depth are necessary to the realization of low-temperature sintering process,the negtive influence of FeO content on sinter reducibility was lesser, and the best technology of sintering can also be obtained.
