摘要
分析了斗轮安全离合器在露天粉尘大的环境中工作,经常被粉尘堵塞不能正常工作,造成不能满载工作或过载不保护的问题和原因。提出解决此状况的方案,是用限矩型液力耦合器替代现用的安全离合器。并对耦合器的工作原理进行简要阐述和计算。
Analyzed a safe clutch in great environment of open air dust work,was usually stop by the dust can't work normally,resulting in the problem and the reason that can't load down the work or leads to carry not to protect.Put forward the project that solves this condition,is safe clutch that uses to limit a liquid of dint to match the machine to act for accidentally to use now.Combine to carry on synopsis' elaborate and compute towards matching the machine accidentally of work principle.
