摘要
现有的凝汽器最佳真空的确定方法只适用于凝汽器水侧管壁清洁、汽轮机真空系统严密性正常或抽气设备运行性能正常的工况。文中首先对凝汽器清洁率对最佳真空的影响进行了分析,然后提出一种新的凝汽器最佳真空的确定方法,该方法利用凝汽器综合清洁系数来体现凝汽器水侧管壁脏污程度、汽轮机真空系统严密性及抽气设备运行性能对最佳真空的影响,从而提高了最佳真空的确定精度。
The existing determining method of the optimum vacuum of condenser is only fit for the condition of that condenser is clean in tubes and vacuum system tightness is up to standard or the performance of air ejector is normal. In this paper, the effect of cleanliness rate on the optimum vacuum of condenser is analysed firstly. Then a new determining method of the optimum vacuum of condenser is proposed, the new method can obtain the accuracy optimum vacuum by means of using synthesis cleanliness factor to incarnate the effect of cleanliness rate, vacuum system tightness and the performance of air ejector on the optimum vacuum.
