摘要
本文采用灵敏度分析方法研究了汽轮机基础底板的厚度对基础动力性能的影响,并分析了改善汽轮机基础设计的途径。文中给出了三个算例,算例表明:基础底板的厚度改变对基础最大振幅影响较小,为了获得一个动力性能好而造价低的基础设计,可以通过适当减薄底板厚度,改变基础框架中柱子的位置以及各构件的截面实现。
In this paper, a sensitivity analysis is adopted to study the dynamic behaviour of a steam turbine foundation. An approach is made to modify the design of turbogenerator foundation. Three examples are given, the numerical results of which show that the thikness variation has less influence on the maximum amplitude of vibration of the foundation. In order to design a good foundation which is of advantage for both dynamic behaviour and engineering cost, it may be achieved by reducing the foundation thickness, the moving positions of the columns, and the varying cross sections of members.
