摘要
研究了用铝酸酯偶联剂活化处理重质CaCO3的工艺,并将活化后的caCO3粉料与树脂载体制成母料。实验表明,该母料白度高,含水量低,吸潮性小,有利于贮存、运输,将母料填充于塑料(PE)当中,并对填充后的PE进行了全面的测试。测试结果表明,母料填充体系比纯树脂体系的平衡扭矩及熔融时间均有所下降,从而使生产工艺更容易控制;当铝酸酯偶联剂用全适当,添充母料含量达到30%时,聚合物材料的力学性能、加工性能均良好,制品的外观及其它各项性能指标均达到国家标准,采用本生产工艺制备的母料用于塑料加工中,可降低生产成本,改善产品的加工性能。
The terhnique of heavy CaCO3 activated by aluminate coupling agent is studied,andthen make the activated CaCO3 powder and resin carrier into mother stock.The experi-ment shows that the mother stock with a high whiteness,low rnoisture content and ab-sorption, has the advantage of stocking and transportation. The PE filled with motherstock are thoroughly tested. The resuIt shows that the svstem with mother stock hasdecreased in ballance twistin8 moment and melting time as compared with straight resinsystem,and therefore the production technique would be controlled more easily,Withthe proper amount of aluminate coupling agent and the content of mother stock up to30%,the mechanicaIness and the processability of polymer are of good quality,and theoutward appearance of the products together with other quality in dexes will all meet thestandard required by our nation, This technique cai、reduce prod:iction costs and themother stock used in plastic processing can improve the quality of prodticts.
