摘要
为找出烟支密度对烟支重量、吸阻及硬度在不同目标值下的稳定性关系,选择不同类别的卷烟在不同烟支密度条件下进行了试验研究.结果表明:二类以上卷烟适宜的烟支密度为235mg/cm3左右;三类卷烟适宜的烟支密度在230~235mg/cm3之间;四类卷烟的烟支密度在230mg/cm3时相应的烟支重量和吸阻的标准偏差较低.烟支密度在一定范围内变化对烟支硬度的影响不大.
In order to find out the relationships of tobacco rod density with the stability of weight, draw resistance and hardness, the weight, draw resistance and hardness of different grades of cigarette with different tobacco rod density were tested. The results showed that the standard deviations of cigarette weight and draw resistance were lower when the tobacco rod densities of cigarette of grades Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were about 235, 235, 230~235, and 230 mg/cm 3, respectively. The hardness of cigarette was affected slightly by the change of tobacco rod density in certain range.
