The central government requires definitely: continually strengthen and improve macro-control; give basic play to market allocation of resources; pay more attention to the exertion of economic and legal measures, especially economic measures. In order to obtain practical results from participation of land resources in macro-control, the paper looks at some methods: firmly adopt the idea of managing land resources by economic measures; attach importance to the exertion of economic measures in mineral resources management; control and exert economic measures for participation of land in macro-control.
