摘要
通过研究用于磷酸一铵生产的压力式喷嘴的设计参数与磨损之间的关系以及喷嘴材料的磨损机理和影响雾化性能的因素,在保证雾化质量的前提下,从改进喷嘴的设计结构参数和喷嘴材料2个方面提出了提高喷嘴使用寿命的方法。并在大型工业装置上试用,取得了良好效果。
By studying the relation of the design parameters of the pressure nozzle used in the production of MAP with its abrasion as well as the abrasion mechanism of the nozzle material and the factors affecting the atomization performance, on the premise of assuring the atomization quality and through improving the design structure parameters and the nozzle material, a method for prolonging the service life of the nozzle is proposed and gives good results from its trial use in a large industrial unit.
