定劳沙WSL New蛋白酶处理毛织物优化工艺的研究

摘要 针对氯化法处理毛织物存在的严重环境污染,处理后织物泛黄、色泽萎暗、强力损失严重等缺点.用蛋白酶处理毛织物力求能缓解这些缺点, 并通过分析得出定劳沙W SL New 蛋白酶处理毛织物的优化工艺, 即酶用量1.0% (owf)、45 ℃、60m in、pH 值9.5.用优化工艺处理毛织物,可以得到合适的减量率,同时还能获得良好的强力保持率. In regard to the shortcomings of the chlorination treatment of wool, e.g., pollution, yellowing, faded brilliance, strength loss etc., the enzyme treatment is proposed to overcome them. WSL New enzyme, a protease, was selected and used in the wool treatment process. The optimal process, i.e., enzyme amt. 1.0% (owf) and treating 60 min at 45 ℃ and pH 9.5, resulted in suitable weight decrease and also good strength retention.
