摘要
为探讨人全血中微量元素与高血压的关系,用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定了47例高血压患者和3 2例健康对照者全血中钒(V)、铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、钴(Co)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、钼(Mo)、锶(Sr)八种必需微量元素的含量。结果表明,高血压组患者全血中除锰元素外,其余微量元素均显著低于对照组(P <0 0 5 )。
In order to understanding the relationship between essential trace elements and hypertension in blood was studied.The blood essential trace elements Zn,Cu,Mn,V,Cr,Co,Mo,Sr in 47 patients with hypertension and in 32 normal controls were determined by plasma mass spectrometer.The results showed that Zn,Cu,V,Cr,Co,Mo,Sr in blood in hypertension group were significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05).It concluded there was a universal lack of the essential trace elements in patients with hypertension. These essential trace elements may act on production and development in hypertension.
