摘要
对氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定土壤中砷的不确定度进行了分析,找出影响不确定度的因素,对不确定度进行评估,给出不确定度,能如实反映测量的置信度和准确度。
Measuring non-deterministic degree of arsenic in soil was analysed.The influential factors of non-deterministic degree was found out,non-deterministic degree was evaluatedand provided,to reflect confidence and accuracy practically.
