摘要
文章通过分析我国公共图书馆在创建学习型社会存在的问题和不足,有针对性的提出了调整管理体制,建立地市区域内"总馆———分馆———流通站"三级公共图书馆服务体系的设想。
Based on the analysis of the problems which public libraries in our country are faced with, this essay puts forward a tentative idea that we can practice the following library service pattern 'central library——branch library ——circulation department' so that we can systematize the network of present public libraries to serve the learning society.
