摘要
本文研究了顺酐与甲醇一步合成富马酸二甲酯的工艺路线,考察了原料配比、反应温度、催化剂用量及反应时间对产物收率的影响,找到了最佳工艺条件。研究表明:该工艺具有流程短、收率高、产品质量稳定等优点。通过工业生产证明了工艺条件的可靠性。
The technology of dimethyl fumarate synthesized from maleic anhydride and methvl alcohol by one-step reaction has been researched in this paper.The effects of the ratio ofreactants.reaction temperature. using quantity of catalyst and reaction time on the product yield have been investigated and the optimum reaction conditions have been found. The exoeriment results show that the technology has some advantages ofshorter technology process,higher product yield and steadier product quality.The reliability of reaction conditions have been testifiedby industrialized production.
