摘要
将玉米、小米、大采、杂豆等为主要原料,配以各种不同的配料,在GSX-50型谷物食品生产线上经混合、搅拌、输送、挤压、成型,得到各种形状、不同风味的膨化食品,试验结果很好,得出了比较理想的膨化食品的原料配比,本文并进一步论述了膨化技术在粮食深加工中的应用。
By the mixation ,stiration ,conveying and extrusion of such primary ingredients ascorn,millet,rice and mixed beans,together with a variation of other ingredients on the cereal prcr-duction line-ModeI GSX-50, the expanded fcod with varied forms and flavours was obtained.The experiment proved good and an ideal ingredient formula was aquired. In addition, a detaileddiscussion was made on the application of the extrusion technology to furthering the process offood.
